We desire to honor the Lord and equip his people through Christ-honoring worship. This is done through the public reading of the Word, Christ honoring music, and scriptural teaching that encourages us to model our own lives according to the biblical standard.

In every service, the Word of God is proclaimed; it contains “all that pertains to life and godliness” (2 Peter 1:3), and through it Christians can be “completely equipped unto all good works” (2 Timothy 3:17).

The early church described in the book of Acts “continued steadfastly in … prayers” (Acts 2:42). Following this example, MBC has Wednesday evening prayer and Bible study. These services provide our people a time to get away from the heavy cares of life and to unite with other believers in casting their burdens on the Lord.
